- Key Achievement: Designed a robotic assembly line for a battery enclosure that goes to an electric vehicle. The station incorporated manual assembly, automated assembly and coordination with an AGV.
- Mechanical designer of advanced manufacturing equipment for the automotive, aerospace, medical and agricultural industries with various processes including: heat-staking, sonic welding, mechanical durability, hydraulic and pneumatic presses, adhesive application, mechanical assembly stations, material handling and robotic integration.
- Led the movement for the implementation of additive manufacturing technology to be used for prototyping complex nests, creating fixtures and jigs, as well as re-creating customer parts to be used in test runs of manufacturing equipment.
- Used Creo modeling tools such as surfacing, motion skeletons, FEA analysis and the sheet metal utility. As well as simulation tools such as FEA to verify strength and rigidity of designs and robotic cell simulations to verify placement.

- Key Achievement: Successful launch of stem cell growth system of the AastromReplicell System. Includes creation of documentation and the manufacturing of fixtures and gauges for use on production lines.
